I'm a first-generation Vietnamese-American, born and raised in Columbus, IN,  aka the "Athens of the Prairie" –  home to some of the greatest architecture in the midwest. I also have art school ties in Minneapolis, MN - a city I hold near and dear to my heart. I currently reside in Chicago, IL, the land of hot dogs (hold the ketchup), Italian beef and deep dish pizza. I'm a lover of all things creative and I am constantly exploring new outlets for inspiration.

My interest in technology, my passion for design and my genuine love to connect with other humans has led me to a career in experience design. My work history over the past 19 years as a designer has spanned from working at a newspaper, to startups, to in-house at a legacy retailer, to digital/advertising agencies and more recently a consultancy where I am able to have more client interaction.

I consider everyone around me a mentor and I feel it is important to share the knowledge in return. Wherever I go,  I do my best to create a collaborative environment that fosters growth, transparency, and empathy.
