I design products that make complex systems feel simple.
Over nearly two decades, I've worked across agencies (Leo Burnett, Digitas, Huge), consultancy, enterprise, and startups. I've designed global configuration tools for McDonald's, AI features for fintech, and a utility billing intelligence platform as a solo lead designer. My background in art and graphic design means I care just as much about the brand as I do with the user journey.
I like to build collaborative, transparent teams wherever I go, and I spent four years as Chicago chapter lead for Hexagon UX mentoring other women and non-binary folks in the UX industry.
On a more personal front, I'm a first-generation Vietnamese-American, born and raised in Columbus, IN, aka the "Athens of the Prairie" – home to some of the greatest architecture in the midwest. I also have art school ties in Minneapolis, MN - a city I hold near and dear to my heart. I currently reside in Chicago, IL, the land of hot dogs (hold the ketchup), Italian beef and deep dish pizza. I'm a lover of all things creative and I am constantly exploring new outlets for inspiration.
